Are you passionate about cooking and eager to expand your culinary skills? We are seeking enthusiastic Chef apprentices of all ages to join our dynamic kitchen team! Whether you’re starting fresh as a young apprentice or looking to enhance your skills, we welcome applicants ready to embark on a journey starting with your level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery and progressing toward achieving a Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes.
- Learn from experienced Chefs and receive hands-on training.
- Contribute to menu development and daily specials.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Work toward completing your Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery over 21 months

Apprenticeship course:
Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery with a view for you to progress onto the Apprenticeship level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery.
Pay:
Competitive salary of £25k – 28k per year.
Hours:
40 hours per week.
