The role

We are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team.   This is an entry level role designed for someone who is organised, reliable, and keen to learn, with a strong focus on client service.  You will often be the first point of contact for clients so a friendly, professional manner is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order processing
  • Following up samples
  • Customer service- answering product enquiries
  • Keeping CRM system up to date
  • Quoting customers and following up
  • Upselling / cross-selling existing customers
  • Assisting external sales team with making customer appointments
  • Visiting trade shows (every 2/3 years)

The role

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking to recruit a highly skilled Business Administrator to provide a high standard of assurance and administrative support to enable the processing of qualifications. To be responsible for the administration of learner’s qualifications including the registration, proxy accredited prior certification, verification, and certification process.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for, in conjunction with the Quality Director and Operational Teams ensuring the timely registration of both internal and subcontracted learners.
  • Responsible for the internal tracking and recording of the verification process for learner qualifications.
  • Responsible for the application and receipt of learner qualifications.
  • Responsible for the assurance and processing of all qualifications across the contract including any born digital solutions implemented.
  • Ensure timely and accurate claiming of qualifications and relevant frameworks, ensuring effective collaboration with the awarding body
  • To identify and resolve any paperwork or data anomalies with the appropriate individual
  • Coordinating and liaising with the relevant individuals and maintaining positive working relationships with the operational delivery units
  • To work with the operational delivery unit to maintain and continuously improve paperwork quality and compliance. Collaborate with operational delivery units to distribute certificates and coordinate mailing as required
  • To work with the operational delivery units
  • Assist in the development of new members of staff into the administration department as and when required
  • Complete general administration duties to support the administration department as and when required
  • Any other duties requested by the Data and Governance Compliance - HBU

General Duties:

  • Work safely, consider the safety of others and work within the guidelines stated in the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.
  • Ensure the security of all Company assets and data
  • Work flexibly, to accommodate the fluctuations in data processing
  • Resolve routine problems that arise, seeking support and guidance from the line manager as required and show a positive response to problem solving.
  • Ensure all data processing and administration functions are carried out in line with the Company’s ISMS policies and procedures
