We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Apprentice Chef. If your passion is cooking, join our new Head Chef in developing our pub restaurant experience with an exciting new menu using local produce, grasp the opportunity for a new challenge within your hospitality career. Live-In accommodation possible, rural setting within Ceredigion, Gastro pub style food.
Daily duties:
- Kitchen cleanliness
- Food hygiene requirements – follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the kitchen remains a safe environment.
- Food preparation – responsible for peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients, as well as measuring and weighing ingredients according to recipes.
- Food service
- Stock rotation & stock check
- End of service debrief
