About us
Owned and managed by Executive Chef Jimmy Williams and his very talented wife, Louise Williams, they have created one of the best dining experiences on the North Wales coast. The contemporary surroundings lead to a theatre-style kitchen, which allows you to view the chef and his highly trained team prepare freshly made dishes just for you. As double winners of the Best Welsh Restaurant Award, Jimmy creates all the mouth-watering dishes and tweaks the menu on a regular basis, giving plenty of variety to all. Together Jimmy, Louise, and their exceptional team have helped Signatures become one of the most popular restaurants in Conwy and a truly special part of the Aberconwy Resort & Spa offers.
Duties:
- Helping the chef on a given section to prepare the menu
- Cleaning as you go
- Stock rotation
- Helping develop new dishes, all ideas are welcome!
- Cleaning and maintaining the section which you are on including fridges & freezers

Qualifications required:
A passion for cooking and an eagerness to learn is pretty much the main requirement.
Welsh language requirements:
None
Apprenticeship course:
Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery level 2
Pay:
Base salary is the national living wage for their age plus tips. Salaries are reviewed regularly.
Hours:
45+; working days are split as follows, 10am – 2:30pm / 4:45 -Finish (usually 9-10pm) 11-9pm on a Sunday. Mondays and Tuesdays off every week regardless
