Faith has spent the last two decades of her working career promoting this by engaging and delivering work based learning throughout the UK and more specifically in Wales. Faith brings with her both strategic and operational leadership that will allow us to deliver opportunities to those where A levels or university is not the way to go.
With a BSC in Medical Biochemisty and raft of work based learning qualification, Faith has had the privilege of working at both a practitioner and senior management level.
Working with the senior management team, Faith will be ensuring business strategies, plans and implementation support the culture and vision of the organisation and ultimately benefit those individuals and organisations who we work with.
