Funding Available
There are a number of funded programmes available to employers in Wales to help support and grow your business in conjunction with training your workforce. Find out what is available to you below;
Jobs Growth Wales (JGW)
Can you create a new job for an unemployed young person (16 – 24yrs)? If the answer is yes, then a financial subsidy is available to you as an employer, which will enable you to claim back part of their wages. The subsidy that you can claim is aligned with the National Minimum Wage for their age of that young person. However as an employer you are not limited to paying the young person the National Minimum Wage. For further information about this programme, please visit our JGW section >>
Apprenticeship Employment Incentive

- Support will be offered to a maximum of three apprentices per employer
