Anne is a critical part of this, overseeing the development and delivery of our training products and services to learners and employers within apprenticeship sectors. Anne joined the company in 2010 as director of skills having previously worked for us between 2001 and 2004 as a tutor and assessor.
She has worked in the hairdressing and education sectors throughout her 30 year career, gaining an understanding of what skills employers need and how this can be put into practice through appropriate training and qualifications.
With a BA degree and Post Graduate Certificate in Education and a wealth of City and Guilds and QCA industry qualifications, Anne fully appreciates all aspects of training and education from both sides.
Working with our senior management team to plan and guide strategy by liaising closely with key decision makers in industry, sector skills, and employer networks, Anne ensures our products and services are up-to-date and relevant to both industry and learners.
