Simple but tasty Burger recipe for your summer bbq.
Ingredients
- 450g of minced Lamb
- 1/2 a white onion finely chopped
- 40g-50g of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of mint jelly
- 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
- A generous pinch of garlic powder
- Salt and Pepper to season
Method
- Place the mince into a large mixing bowl
- Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Separate the mix into 4 equal sized balls
- Form the balls into a burger shape making sure the mixture is firmly packed together
- Leave in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours
- Place on a hot grill and cook for 3/4 minutes a side or until cooked through
- Serve on a toasted bun with your preferred toppings
